Working principle
Rolling Mill Furnace adopts the basic principle of induction
heating. "Induction heating" is a method in which an induction
current is generated by an electromagnetic induction method to heat
the load. The electromagnetic induction law e=W*-dΦ/dt is also
used. The law of electromagnetic induction reveals the physical law
of the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, that is, the
induced potential in the closed conductor is proportional to the
rate of change of the surrounding magnetic flux, and is
proportional to the number of turns of the closed conductor. The
direction of the current generated by the induced potential always
tends to change the low extrinsic flux.
